National Night Out

NNO is an annual program that brings together neighborhoods across Celina.

For 2022, the Celina Police Department is partnering with their charity partner, the Celina Community Police Foundation, to financially support this amazing event. If you are interested in taking part in the festivities around Celina or donating and becoming a sponsor, you can email us at NNO@CelinaCPF.org.

Each year, neighborhoods across Celina gather on the first Tuesday in October to celebrate National Night Out.

NNO is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. Millions of neighbors take part in National Night Out across thousands of communities from all fifty states across the US. Neighborhoods host block parties, festivals, parades, cookouts, and various other community events with safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, visits from emergency services personnel, exhibits, and much, much more.

The Celina community has been receptive to National Night Out for several decades and it continues to grow along with the expanded population in our city. With every new neighborhood, another community gathers to celebrate the positive relationship with our law enforcement community and to get to know their neighbors.
